Many Notion setups fail because they are too complex. Start with three pages and grow only when you need to.
The 3 pages
- Inbox: every new idea or task goes here first.
- Projects: one row per project, with a status.
- Notes: things you want to keep and find again.
The one habit
Once a week, empty your Inbox. Move each item into a project, a note, or delete it.
Keep it boring. A simple system you use every week beats a beautiful one you abandon.
When to add more
- Add a Reading list when you save more than a few articles a week.
- Add a Habits page only if you will check it daily.
