Orders and downloads
How do I get my product after buying?
Right after payment, open My Account > Downloads. Ebooks, prompt packs and course files are all there, and your order email has the same links.
Do I need an account?
An account lets you download your files again at any time. You can create one at checkout or from the My Account page.
How long do I keep access?
Ebooks, prompt packs, courses and video tutorials stay in your account. App subscriptions and memberships last 12 months from the purchase date.
Which devices can I use?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser. PDFs open in any PDF reader, and videos play in the browser.
Payments and refunds
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
How can I pay?
The available payment options are shown at checkout. If you have trouble paying, contact us and we will help.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken or does not match its description, we will replace it or refund you. Read the full Refund Policy.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
No. App subscriptions and memberships are a one-time payment for 12 months of access. You decide if you want to buy again.

How does the Promotion program work?
