1. Physical Goods — 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If you receive a defective physical product, incorrect size, or are unsatisfied with the quality, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files, code boilerplates, and video lessons, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, if you experience any technical corruption or download defect that our support team cannot resolve, a full replacement or credit will be issued promptly.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method (Mobile Banking or Bank Card).
